Before I get started with this post, I just want to convey my very own testimonial about Ruta Vala. I’ve had Insomnia since I was 12. I don’t know why, if a doctor could tell me, would it matter? Not to me, no. What I KNEW, was that I couldn’t sleep, PERIOD, nothing after that mattered. Ruta Vala mattered. RUTAVALA (Blend)

Recently I mentioned the new oil of Ruta to a friend who is native of El Salvador, and her immediate comment was, “Yes, Ruta, very powerful. In our country, when someone had epileptic seizures, they would take the leaves of the Ruta plant and rub the body down with it and the seizure would stop. Hmmmmm… no wonder the blend called RutaVaLa has such impact (thank you Gary Young)!!!!
CHRONIC SYMPTOMS
This blend has proven so uniquely effective that I am using it in client sessions where there are chronic issues: chronic insomnia, chronic stress, chronic emotional patterns and chronic blues. In my personal experience, this blend seems to have the ability to unwind layer upon layer of stressful programming. We apply it up the back of the neck, which is essentially the brainstem, since this is where all the magic happens. the rest of the body simply runs the program.
STRESSFUL IMPRINTING
For several months now I have been faithfully applying a drop to the base of the skull, down the neck (ie, brainstem) and inhaling deeply before bed. The result is that I continue to see small blips of past memories come up like short movies in a detached sort of way where I can watch them from the perspective of who I am now as they pass by and release… and always the realization. WOW, that time of my life was stressful too.I had never noticed at the time. Neither did I notice how these years of internalized stress and tension never unwound or relaxed, not even during sleep. In my personal view, a blend such as RutaVaLa is a beautiful way to gently begin the work, without the need to create crisis to get our attention. I am sleeping blissfully, much better than I have for the past 10 or 15 years which were plagued with insomnia, though I have heard some reports that people experienced so much “processing” in the beginning of using this blend that they didn’t get great sleep at first. I wonder what would happen if they switched to day time use for a week or so?
Deep sleep is the only time the body truly heals.
Long running digestive issues are finally responding to all the other good work I am doing, as the core continually relaxes and a new “normal” becomes imprinted.

Hey Everyone!
I was fortunate to receive this oil at convention. The second day of convention was
very long and by the time we got home, my dog was pacing and panting and would
not lay down, my daughter (6) was a wave of constant movement and chatter, my
mom’s dog was crawling in between my mom’s feet at every opportunity to avoid
being the object of my daughters attention and my mom (needless to say) was very
stressed. Luckily, I had gotten the Ruta VaLa oil that morning and here was the
perfect opportunity of try it out. I called my daughter over and put the oil on her
spine and her brain stem. I held it out for both dogs to smell and them put some
on their brain stems. I also put some on me. My daughter sat down beside me on
the couch and quietly watched a TV program and both dogs laid down. Hopefully
when it is released, it will be available by the gallon J. I have since used it with
several people who are high on the stress scale and all have reported calming
effects.

Hello:
I had the great opportunity to attend a Young Living seminar presented
by Gary Young on April 8, 2006 in New York City. During this seminar
Gary introduced a new essential oil called Ruta.
I have suffered from endometrosis for years. I have been prescribed birth
control pills to help regulate my menstrual cycles without any success. I
even had surgery to remove the lesions to provide relief from the immense
pain. I did find some relief from the surgery, but it was only short lived
as my doctor told me it would be. The only permanent solution to my
problem is a hysterectomy. I have really been considering going through
with having the hysterectomy because I just can’t stand the pain any longer.
I eat pain relievers like candy just to be able to function normally. The pain
relievers only dull the pain but never really take it away.
While in New York I started my period. I was so afraid I would be unable
to attend the entire meeting due to the pain I was sure was to come. However,
during the meeting Gary showed us a new product called Ruta, and even had
some volunteers try the new oil. A few members were able to get a bottle to
try; my mom, (Nancy Sanderson) being one of them. I was very attracted to
the fragrance of Ruta and decided to apply it to the back of my neck as I had
seen Gary apply it to the volunteers. Within a few minutes the cramping pain
I was experiencing began to alleviate, and within a hour I was pain free.
AMAZING!!! My mom (bless her heart) gave me her only bottle of Ruta. I

Hi Nancy,
Thank you again for your wonderful seminar in Nashville! My brain has been
whirling in hyper drive from all the information you taught us.
During our seminar you told us about your daughter and the severe problems she
has with her menstrual cycle. You had given her a new oil, Ruta, that Gary had
given you on your last trip to New York. You told us that her symptoms had dis-
appeared with in an hour of use. You had my full attention. You see that morning
my cycle had just begun, and like your daughter, I become very ill with severe cramping,
heavy heavy flow, mood swings, depression, nausea, headache etc., I was actually having
trouble concentrating on your lecture. Well to my surprise you pulled out a sample bottle
of Ruta oil out of your purse and passed around the cap for all of us to smell. ( I had to
restrain myself from running up there and grabbing the bottle from you ! Ha Ha) Now I
really wasn’t sure if this was going to work, in the past I had already tried dragon time,
panaway, lavender, aroma siez, etc just about everything I could think of to help dull
my symptoms. Nothing helped. So, when the cap came to me I inhaled deeply 3 times,
and passed it on. Most people did not like the smell, but to my surprise I liked the smell
of Ruta. Now what happened next was astounding. With in 1 minute, I felt a cooling
sensation start at the top of my uterus and move down through the vagina and out of my

for 10 years. I felt like I was 16 again. A few hours later I had an opportunity to tell you

It is Tuesday morning and I am still cramp free, my flow is half of what it would normally

painful I do not want him to touch me at all, just to leave me alone “I need my space”.

What I didn’t tell you was I have battled depression for many years. Long ago I had tried
an anti-depressant drug for about a year with therapy. The therapy was great, I did not like
the side effects of the drug and took myself off of it and began to look for a natural cure.
Prayer and exercise have been my tools to fight it but some times it seems to get the best
of me. Being 42 I have been having more difficulty with it lately. But right now as I write
this, I feel fantastic, normal again. I haven’t been this content in a long time.
